AS SILENT AS THE PINK PANTHER!

The Pink Panther always manages to get himself out of hot water without ever saying a word. But how does he do it? Expressing yourself just by the way you move your face and body takes a lot of thinking about, which is probably why he’s so clever… Pretend you’re the Pink Panther and mime your clues!

Number of players:
From 3 to 12 people.

To play just for fun among friends:
Together, choose one or more mime topics, for example:
o animals
o jobs
o members of the family
o cartoon characters
o situations from everyday life
After drawing lots to decide who goes first, the first player mimes out a character or a situation to the others. Depending on the topic chosen, this can be for example going to the sweet shop, brushing your teeth, being a cat, being their little sister, etc.

The player who guesses the right answer is next to mime.

To make things a bit more difficult when there are more than 6 of you…

Get into teams of at least three people. One person decides on what to mime to the rest of their team and shares this with one member from the other teams. Whichever team gets the answer right first is the winner.

The person who decides on the subject of the mime can change every time so everyone gets a go.

You may need to help your child come up with mime topics – but afterwards just let them use their imagination. This game helps them to express themselves in front of others and overcome the fear of being laughed at… because everyone’s going to be laughed at!
